  • Clearance or final sale items.
  • Damaged items caused by improper use or assembly.

3. Return Process

  2. Receive Authorization:
    • Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Ship the Item:
    • Pack the item securely and include your RMA number. Ship to the address provided in the return instructions.
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Refund Policy

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Deductions: If applicable, original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed for defective or damaged items. Contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange for a replacement.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
